Kutokana na familia yangu kuepuka sana Kula Mafuta hivyo vyakula vyetu vingi ninaepuka kutumia mafuta mengi wakati wa kupika au kutoweka Kabisa.
Hivyo nimeamua kutwist recipe ya  Shruba nimeamua kufanya chukuchuku.
Usijali  nitaweka inayotumia mafuta.

Mahitaji
Oats / ngano  nusu kikombe
Nyama (mbavu) nusu kilo
Nyanya fresh moja
Kitunguu maji kimoja kikubwa
Kitunguu swaumu kijiko cha chakula1
Pilipili manga kijiko cha chai 1
Chumvi nusu kijiko cha chai
Viungo vya pilau  kijiko cha chakula1
Unga wa ngano kijiko kimoja cha chakula
Korianda

Jinsi ya Kupika

Chemsha oats/ngano  weka pembeni
Osha nyama yako weka katika sufuria chemsha ikiiva iache na supu
Saga viungo vyote pamoja weka
mimina katika nyama,weka viungo vya pilau,mag,pilipili manga,wacha vichemke kwa pamoja kwa dakika tano halafu weka ngano funika wacha ichemke wa nusu saa.
Weka unga wa ngano katika kibakuli n.a. maji mimina katika shruba  wacha uchemke kwa dakika 10.
Epua tayari kwa kuliwa..
NB:Wakati wa kunywa waweza weka siki au ndimu upendavyo

    (By the way, it is not about genetics or some secret-exercise and EVERYTHING related to "how" they eat.)
